This one should be pretty straightforward... If you've [[3. Scope & Plan MVP|Scoped your MVP]] properly, it shouldn't take more than 1-2 weeks to build something simple to get infront of users.
It's encouraged to do things that aren't scalable, and if you can somehow accomplish the MVP's goals without a hefty codebase, and instead with a bit of manual work (spreadsheets, etc), that's probably even better.
The goal of the MVP is to get a solution infront of your user for two reasons:
1. Validate that the **PROBLEM** is real and that a solution is as needed as you thought (note: _A_ solution, not necessarily the one presented from the MVP)
2. Get your foot in the door so you can understand what problems user might ACTUALLY need solved, if not the one you initially guessed
